Synopsis

Adapted in Old San Juan, the beloved story of Elsa & Fred follows two older senior individuals who rediscover love and adventure late in life. Elsa (Johanna Rosaly) hides her dialysis treatment while embracing life with optimism. When Alfredo (Jacobo Morales), a widower, moves into Elsa's building, their love story begins when she crashes his daughter's car and flees, setting off a charming and heartfelt journey.
